Studio Policies
- Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
- All classes must be prepaid.
- All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
- We are a socks only studio. For your safety, please wear socks with grips on them. We sell grip socks in our studio.
- Arrive 5 minutes before class starts. If you are new, please arrive 10 minutes.
- If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, your spot can be given to someone on standby. Please arrive on time.
- Turn off or silence your cell phone when arriving.
- Do not bring your children with you to the studio.
- Please bring your smile!
- We recommend wearing form-fitting clothing so our instructors can check your form.
- The minimum age requirement is 14 years old. Clients between the ages of 14-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- We recommend reserving classes online to guarantee your spot in class.
- Class packages and Monthly Auto Renew Packages can not be shared.
- A $15 processing fee will occur if we have to make a refund due to client error. (Example – making a double purchase of auto renew plan)
WAITLIST:
If class is full, you may place yourself on the waitlist online. If you get a spot in class, you will receive an text confirmation. If you do not want to keep your spot, you MUST cancel through your online account (not email or phone). If you do not cancel, your class will be forfeited or your account charged (if on an unlimited plan).
- The Waitlist closes 16 hours to class start time. After that, if a spot opens, it is first come first serve.
Cancellation Policy
- Group classes have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy.
- Private sessions have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within these time windows are considered late cancels.
- If you have a drop-in or class pack and cancel late, you will lose the drop-in or a class from the pack.
- If you are on our monthly membership plan of 4 or 8 classes, you will lose a class. If you are on the unlimited plan, you will receive an $11 charge for a late cancel and a $14 for a no show
- Group classes must be canceled online through your client profile. Email/phone cancellations are not accepted.
- Private sessions must be cancelled by email within 24 hours of session start time or session is lost.
Class Package Expirations
We do not extend class package expirations.
- If you are on a monthly auto renew plan, classes do not “roll over”. You must use all classes within that month, or they expire.
- All private sessions have a 1 year expiration date.
- Our New Client Special and Single Class Drop In all have a 3 month expiration date.
- The 5 class package has a 6 month expiration. The 10 and 20 class package has a 1 year expiration.
Auto Renew Packages
- Auto Renew Packages renew every 30 days from your chosen start date. This will continue until we receive an email with a request to cancel your plan. That email needs to be received no later than 5 days prior to your withdraw date.
- If you wish to change your plan from one to another you must do this through email.
- We allow you to put your Auto Renew plan on hold for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days per calendar year.
- We do NOT put Auto Renew plans on hold mid-month.
