Where are you located
Temecula Studio: We are located in the same parking lot as Panera Bread across the parking lot.
Riverside Arlington: We are located in the same shopping center as Thompson Brewing.
Riverside Canyon Crest: We are located in the Canyon Crest shopping center next to My Dentist & Me.
Menifee Studio: We are located in the same parking lot as Jack in the Box and IHOP.
Murrieta: We are located on the corner of Juniper and Jefferson in Town Center Plaza.
How does the waitlist work?
You can waitlist a class and you will be automatically added to class and notified if you get in, you will get notified no later than 16 hours prior to class start time. The waitlist closes 16 hours prior to class time.
After the waitlist closes any available spots become first come, first serve. If you are still on the waitlist and a spot becomes available after the waitlist closes - you will get a text option to take the spot or decline the spot. If you choose to take the spot you will get another text confirmation that you are 'officially in'. If you do not get the spot, you will get a text that your attempt was 'unsuccessful'. This means that someone was quicker to grab the spot. However if another spot becomes available you will be another text message with the option to take or decline the class. If you you no longer want to take this class you need to remove yourself from the waitlist to spot receiving these texts.
Our cancellation policy is 12 hours.
How do I update my billing information or personal information?
Login to your account via the website or the app. Once you have logged in, click on MY INFO. From there you may edit your billing or personal information.
How can I see how many classes I have left and when they expire?
Login to your account, click on MY INFO, and then on ACCOUNT. Here you can view all of the packages you have purchased, how many classes are remaining, and their respective expiration dates. As a policy, we do not extend expiration dates on packages, so please be aware of the expiration when purchasing classes.
When should I arrive for class?
We ask that you always arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class, 10 minutes if it is your first time in. Clients coming in late can disrupt class flow and we want to make sure your instructor has every opportunity to make your class experience exceptional. If your scheduled class is full and you are 10 minutes late, your spot may be given to another waiting client.
How do I schedule a private session?
Private sessions are a great way to experience Pilates specifically for your body and its unique needs. Please purchase the private or semi-private package you would like through your location of choice. Then email your chosen studio with your preferred days and times and we will match you up with a suitable instructor.
Can I have my private event at your studio?
Yes!!! We love having in studio events. See our Events page for info.
Will you come to my location of choice and do a private class/event?
Of course! We love getting out of the studio and bringing Pilates to you. Visit our ‘Events’ page for information.
How do I purchase gift cards?
You may purchase them from your location tab :-) on within your account.
What is your cancellation policy?

Can I share classes between the locations?
You may use classes between the Menifee + Temecula + Murrieta locations.
Riverside locations can share classes between Canyon Crest + Arlington.
Corona is separately owned and classes cannot be shared/transferred over
Can I do Pilates if I am pregnant?
Yes! Once you get cleared by your doctor, Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise throughout your pregnancy. You have the option of taking private classes or our Reformer 1 classes.
How old do you have to be to take a class?
14 years or older. If you are under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian.
