  • How do I schedule a class?
    • Go to the locations page on our website and choose your studio. From there, click on the link to the class schedule.

  • How do I view your prices?
    • Click on the locations tab, choose your location then click the box that reads “View class schedule/pricing” to view all of our classes and private sessions pricing.

  • What should I wear?
    • Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in, much like you would wear to the gym or a yoga class. Avoid excessively baggy clothing as it can hinder movement and make it more difficult for our instructors to assist with proper form. Be mindful when choosing your attire that some Pilates exercises are done with your legs open and elevated or in the air. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear socks with a grip on them.

  • What is TRX?
    • The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

      Because the TRX Suspension Trainer requires you to engage your core with every exercise, you get a total-body workout every time you train. Having TRX in our studio gives you that extra edge to your group or private sessions!

  • How do I sign up for your newsletter?
    • Once you are logged in to your Mind Body account, go to MY INFO. From there, check the box to subscribe to our newsletter.

  • Where are you located?
    • Temecula Studio: We are located in the same parking lot as Panera Bread.

      Corona Studio:  We are located in the Mi Tortilla and Starbucks shopping center

  • How does the waitlist work?
    • If a class is full, you will be given the option to add yourself to the waitlist when scheduling. If a spot becomes available and you are next on the waitlist, you will be added to the class and sent a confirmation email. You then just show up to class for the scheduled time. If you choose to not be in the class, you MUST cancel yourself out, or the class will be forfeited. You will not be added to a class less than 12 hours before the class begins. With 12 hours of the start of a class, we recommend checking the schedule for any openings.

      To check your waitlist status, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule. If you got into the class it will say “Waitlist Unconfirmed.” If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself.

  • How do I update my billing information or personal information?
    • The login field is located in the upper right corner. Once you have logged in, click on MY INFO. From there you may edit your billing or personal information.

  • How can I see how may classes I have left and when they expire?
    • Login to your account, click on MY INFO, and then on ACCOUNT. Here you can view all of the packages you have purchased, how many classes are remaining, and their respective expiration dates. As a policy, we do not extend expiration dates on packages, so please be aware of the expiration when purchasing classes.

  • When should I arrive for class?
    • We ask that you always arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class, 10 minutes if it is your first time in. Clients coming in late can disrupt class flow and we want to make sure your instructor has every opportunity to make your class experience exceptional. If your scheduled class is full and you are 10 minutes late, your spot may be given to another waiting client.

  • How do I schedule a private session?
    • Private sessions are a great way to experience Pilates specifically for your body and its unique needs. Please purchase the private or private package you would like through the Online Store. Then email us with your preferred days and times and we will match you up with a suitable instructor.

  • How do I purchase gift cards?
    • You may also purchase them online by clicking on ONLINE STORE and then GIFT CARDS. From here you may select the amount for your gift card, an image for your message, and email it to the recipient. Please note gift cards will not be automatically added to the purchaser / recipient’s account. Please email your gift card number to redeem

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • We require a 12-hour advance notice to cancel Classes or Private Sessions. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the class or private session is forfeited and deducted from your current package or membership.

  • Can I share classes between the locations?
    • The locations are individually owned. Classes are only good for the studio in which you purchased them.

  • Can I do Pilates if I am pregnant?
    • Yes! Once you get cleared by your doctor, Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise throughout your pregnancy. We recommend taking a Beginner Reformer class or Barre Sculpt class during your pregnancy.

  • How old do you have to be to take a class?
    • 14 years or older. If you are under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian.
