Beginner Reformer

For those brand new or somewhat new to Pilates, are pregnant or have some limitations. Exercises will be safe yet effective and challenge the beginner client appropriately head to toe. Class will be taught at a moderate pace and have a continuous flow. 80% of class will be on the reformer and 20% on varied apparatus including Pilates springboard, TRX Suspension, Ballet Barre and more! This is a fun and supportive level to begin building strength and balance while improving flexibility. Class is 50 minutes.

Ideal Pilates experience: 0-6 months

Intermediate Reformer

A perfect level for those who have previously taken our beginner reformer class. In this level, the tempo is faster paced yet focused without stopping the class flow. Intermediate exercises are introduced but modifications can be provided. We will be working more on balance, flexibility and higher resistance. 80% of class is on the reformer and 20% is on apparatus including the Pilates Springboard, TRX Suspension Training, Ballet Barre and more.

Ideal Pilates experience: 6+ months of regularly practicing Pilates

Advanced Reformer

For clients who feel they have an understanding of Pilates principles and are more in tune with their own body. Intermediate/Advanced level exercises are chosen while increased reps, coordination, and balance create a more challenging environment. Expect to fatigue one muscle group and then move right to the next. Class is fast paced and you will learn that you will never ‘max out’ using the reformer! 80% of class is on the reformer and 20% is on apparatus including the Pilates Springboard, TRX Suspension Training, Ballet Barre and more. Form and alignment are key as you flow seamlessly from one movement to the next.

Ideal Pilates experience: 6+ months of regular practice

Cardio Jumpboard (offered in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)

Cardio Jumpboard incorporates up to 25 minutes of jumping using the Reformer jumpboard with 25 minutes of your favorite beginner, intermediate or advanced Reformer class! This workout includes low impact jumping on the reformer to give you an awesome cardio workout as well as circuit training on Pilates equipment challenging the entire body. Utilizing the reformer and all available apparatus, expect a fun class taught to upbeat music and you will leave feeling stronger and invigorated! Reformer/Barre Combo (Offered in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)

The Barre Reformer Combo class is a booty-bustin’, quad-quakin’, long lean muscle makin Ballet Barre workout combined with our reformer repertoire. This class is Reformer based but also incorporates the amazing benefits of training on the Ballet Barre. Lengthen, strengthen, tone, and define every muscle in your body in this fun and fluid class. Expect to spend 15-20 minutes at the Barre and 25-30 minutes on a variety of Pilates equipment including the Reformer to truly give you the best of both worlds. This class offers a proportional full body workout reshaping your buns, abs, arms, and thighs while creating long and lean muscles that are flexible and strong!

Ideal Pilates experience: 6+ months of regular practice

 

Reformer/TRX Combo (offered in Intermediate and Advanced)

This class is a fun, fast-paced calorie torcher! You will be on the reformer for 30 minutes. Then for 20 minutes you will be on the mat incorporating the TRX Suspension Trainer to take your class to the next level! You will get a full body workout and you will leave each class feeling challenged and strong. Expect to get that heart rate up in this energetic, fast paced class!

Ideal Pilates Experience: 6+ months of regular practice

Barre Sculpt

The Barre Sculpt class is a booty-bustin’, quad-quakin’, long lean muscle makin’ Ballet Barre workout combined with your favorite fitness, cardio, and strength training moves. This 50 minute class is Barre and Mat based but also incorporates the TRX Suspension Trainer and Pilates Springboard. Props such as weights, BOSU and gilders will add to the burn! Lengthen, strengthen, tone, and define every muscle in your body in this fun and fluid class. This class offers a proportional full body workout reshaping your buns, abs, arms, and thighs while creating long and lean muscles that are flexible and strong! Class is suitable for all levels as modifications are offered.

Stretch and Renew

Come unwind with us and work on your flexibility. This is an equipment and movement based class. The class keeps a moderate flow using all equipment with a focus on flexibility. Instructor offers several hand-on, individualized adjustments, and corrections to help you perfect your proper form. The importance of breathing and posture will be taught throughout the entire 50 minute class. We will safety take you through exercises that will stretch and lengthen muscles head to toe. The class will be taught to dim lights, mellow music, and with a warmer temperature. This class is suitable for all levels.
